German producer upper class has come through with a brand new release titled Sesh in Low Res. The album is full of bass-heavy boom-bap production, with silky synths and impeccable energy throughout.
The 12-track project kicks off with the slower paced, melodic opener “Hi, Let’s Hang,” before going completely nuts from “Soft Light” all the way to the closing track “Making Sure.” The heavy, bassy tone on tracks like “Tuuu High” and “Einundvierziggrad” are just incredible, as they sound menacing yet beautiful and melodic. “Scuff Collector” has these guitar leads that add texture to the track, while the keys on “Smoke Clouds” are pretty stellar throughout. Overall, this is a fantastic beat tape that showcases upper class’ chops as a producer, really excelling in every way.
