Music: Shunaji – Perfect Like Venus (Single)

London-based talented musician Shunaji comes through with a brand new single titled “Perfect Like Venus.” Having released an excellent project already this year in Blue Melon, Shunaji continues to impress with a soulful and heartfelt new record.

The track features incredible percussion, with impeccable drumming and keys throughout that add an angelic quality to the track as a whole. Her introspective and colourful lyricism is fantastic, with her fast-paced flow and hard-hitting delivery being incredible as usual. The hook is beautiful too, as she sings effortlessly over saxophone leads and about being the birth of Venus and not needing to be perfect like her. It’s a truly wonderful track and I’m so happy to see her starting to really find her voice and thrive this year.
