On the 29th July 2019, the world lost a legend. Ras G was a true genius. His ability to create hard-hitting, spiritual and mind-boggling beats has made him one of my favourite beatmakers ever. Through his 2013 album Back On The Planet, I got introduced to his incredible production and is still to me, one of the best instrumental, beat tapes of all time.
