Solange – When I Get Home

Solange really exceeded all expectations on her fourth studio album When I Get Home. The tracks act as snippets of her imagination and creativity, as their catchy melodies and beautiful aura make this an incredibly important listen. STREAM

30/70 – Fluid Motion

Australian jazz and neo-soul has been amazing this year, and partly thanks to the incredible new album from the highly talented Melbourne-based group 30/70 titled Fluid Motion. Soulful, intricate cuts and incredible beats throughout make this such an engaging, soulful and moving album. Definitely ones to watch for next year. REVIEW / STREAM

Flying Lotus – Flamagra

According to Spotify, this is my most played album of 2019. It’s easy to understand why. I’ve always been a massive fan of the LA legend, who has consistently put out incredible work. While Flamagra might not be considered his strongest work, it’s still an album that has had massive replay value due to its experimentation and incredible diversity in sound. REVIEW / STREAM


This album is simply stunning. FKA Twigs’ aura and utter beauty is translated fully on MAGDALENE, which provides some of the most ethereal, stunning, emotive, textured and lavish compositions this year. It’s simply THAT good. STREAM

Again, I wanted to take the opportunity to thank everyone who has released music over the past year, it’s really a dream to be able to listen to such incredible art.
