Intalekt is just special. The London-based musician has released some of the most poetic music in the last few years and I’m grateful that he’s able to grace us with moments of joy and bliss through sound. “Rosebank” is his first track since the release of his amazing album The Adventures of Master Splinta, and it’s a beautiful release.
Having come back from South Africa along with Reprezent Radio (along with my friends from Soul Surge), this music reflects the aura and beauty of the country, something he was enamored by while he was there. Rosebank was the first place he stayed at in South Africa, and we was telling me how beautiful it was when I saw him a couple of weeks ago. As for the track, it’s absolutely stunning in it’s composition, with gorgeous keys giving a soothing, soulful vibe, while the basslines and beat give the track an infectious groove. The ethereal quality of the track itself is profound is stunning and I absolutely loved every second of it.
