Australian based singer MAÏA has come through with a brand new EP titled MAÏA MIXTAPe, following the release of her excellent 2018 release Motion EP. This new project features some excellent synth-heavy, colourful R&B inspired production and soothing vocals from MAÏA.
“Greatestluvv” starts the project off with gorgeous keys and synths that give out such a beautiful, ethereal vibe. Her vocal performance is beautiful, and the beat too is infectious too. This can be said about the next track “Wordless” and “Level Up,” which are two beautifully composed tracks with subtle electronic samples and gorgeous melodies. The dance-oriented last track “LiveLearnLoveLetgo” brings such great energy to an EP that gives so much passion and emotion from the young and talented singer.
