Talented Norwegian musician Ivan Ave comes through with a brand new single titled “Nu Path,” his first from his brand new album Double Goodbyes, set to be released later this year.
As per usual with Ivan Ave’s music, the smooth and soulful instrumental features stellar moody synths, simply arranged but beautiful keys and a great vocal performance from the singer and rapper. The beat is accompanied by subtle but powerful percussion throughout. Lyrically he touches on themes of love and self identity, as a result following a new path for himself to discover (if you didn’t get that from the title of the track already). It’s a gorgeous track with a simple but poignant melody, which definitely increases my excitement for his new album, especially considering how great his 2017 project Every Eye was.
