Armand Hammer is a duo consisting of New York rappers Elucid & Billy Woods. Their new album ROME dense new album with aggressive, introspective and intricate lyrics, diverse flows and a dark, uneasy soundscape, with production from Messiah Musik, August Fanon, Fresh Kils, High Priest, Kenny Segal and JPEGMAFIA. Features on this album include the genius of Mach-Hommy, Quelle Chris, Denmark Vessey and Curly Castro.
The album cover beautifully summarises the wave of heat and fire coming your way, through crazy bars and excellent production. Also, please go listen to Billy Wood’s albums as well, as he’s one of the best underground rappers at the moment and is criminally underrated in the world of hip-hop. Elucid, too, has been incredibly consistent and underlooked by so many including myself. I’m going back and doing my homework.
Listen to ROME below make sure you go and support this project right now.
