Music: sweetestcape – 1-800-BOATTAXI EP

London-based producer sweetestcape has come through with a fantastic 3-track EP titled 1-800-BOATTAXI. With thumping beats and incredibly infectious grooves, this project brings incredibly energy.

“I CAN BE” features a bass-heavy beat that rumbles every time it hits, really bringing a captivating and electric energy to the track. The synths and vocals throughout add texture to the track, as its colourful melodies throughout make it a fantastic track. “TREQUARTISTA” (PLAYING GAMES)” features vocals from James Casual, who brings a smooth voice over a groovy, funky and jazzy instrumental. The synths and horns throughout add a smooth, and ethereal tone amidst the heavy, funky beat. “HIGH FOR HEADS” closes the EP brilliantly with another banger. Beats, claps, synths, vocals and a lot of bass. Overall, sweetestcape comes through with an excellent new project and I can’t wait to see him grow and thrive in the future.
