One of my favourite tracks off Berlin-based label Jakarta Records’ Season In Jakarta compilation album is the track “Magic,” which features a trio of talented artists Suff Daddy, Ill Camille and J.Lamotta. The smooth and soulful track is complemented by soulful and jazzy undertones, with Ill Camille and J.Lamotta killing it on record.
Their new music video is animated by MC Blue Matter, who draws inspiration from classical art as well as iconic female icons such as Erykah Badu, Serena Williams & Harriet Tubman. The lyrics are complemented by colourful and animated drawings, making the video an engaging one and a great addition to the smooth and wonderful track.
