Music: Arµ-2 – Ayakashi Instruments

Talented Japanese producer Arµ-2 comes through with an excellent new instrumental album titled Ayakashi Instruments. Released on Fresh Selects, the artist comes through with an incredibly smooth and sample-heavy project that flows beautifully and captures a soul and aura that makes it a gorgeous, captivating body of work.

Tracks like “Ayakashi Vo” and “Acidays” contain beautiful vocal samples that are enveloped in warm synths and basslines that provide an infectious groove. The singles “Hood Dog” and “Bonker” are harder-hitting tracks with a heavier beat that feel a lot funkier as well due to the groove of the basslines that are heavily present throughout the tracks. This is also the case with tracks like “Adult” and “Mylove,” with their head bob heavy beats and sweet samples throughout.

Overall, Ayakashi Instruments is a phenomenal body of work that shows the extent of Arµ-2’s talents as a producer. Listen to the album below via Bandcamp, and make sure to support! Released via Fresh Selects.
