It is the second release in quick succession for Plus TRBE Recordings, this time with the ever so talented Diamant Ballou with her new single “Huckleberry.” Produced by Buli, the production is spaced out and almost spiritual in tone, which gives Diamant Ballou the opportunity to sing angelically about heartbreak and overcoming that pain. She said about the theme that she wanted to specifically “express pain that is rooted in the awareness of being able to overcome, but still remaining present with the specific emotion in order to move forward.”

It is an incredibly raw and powerful track that not only showcases Diamant’s vocal range, but the sensual energy she is able to emanate through her singing. An excellent track that makes me look forward to what she has coming up next.
