Iconic experimental producer Samiyam is back with a new album titled Pizza Party. “Pizza Party is free of samples from the characteristically dusty vinyl grooves and warped tapes of past recordings. Instead, we have originally-played synthesizer and FX in unison with the off-the-grid drum patterns and aesthetic sonic swagger that Samiyam owns.” (via Stones Throw Records).

With his trademark atmospheric 8-bit video game inspired beats, crispy synth leads, silky basslines, this album has grit and bounce. If you don’t bob your head at all, you aren’t listening to it right.
